David Jacobs

David has worked for Anglian Water for more than 20 years in a variety of roles in the leakage team, most recently as Leakage Strategy Manager. He is responsible for defining the companies leakage strategy and investments required to ensure that the companies supply/demand balance is maintained into the future as part of the water resources management plan and business plan submissions and to meet regulator expectations,  He also has responsibility for all aspects of leakage reporting and the water balance.
